    trim seals 225 EFI

I have a Mercury 225 EFI (0T161772) that i need to replace the trim seals on. How hard of a job is this and what will i need VS how much would it cost to have done at a shop? It is noisy going down but not up and the fluid is milky. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I would change the fluid( its now aeriated) and verify the level FIRST........Grease the striker plates and trim balls also, then report results.
