Four 'more' inches for a total of 6. I removed 5 1/2" inches of setback by deleting the JP. With it, I was almost at 10"... or 12" if you count the total setback. Probably not a lot for you guys with newer or bigger boats but definitely a lot for a 201. When I bought it, jackplates weren't all that common and Champion warrantied the transom at no more than 6 inches additional setback. I eventually got up to 8 inches additional with my Venom but I'm convinced that moving it back was a step in the wrong direction.
I wish someone would explain the physics of being "behind the hump". Pat has said you want to be in the hump... that it's OK to be in front but never behind. I've got a theory but I'd like to hear more on that.
Getting in was easy. Getting out was a different deal!
