2017 nitro z21 prop help ??

2017 nitro z21 pro xs 250 just finished brake in with a furry prop 25 when I raise jack plate I can spin it when I get out of the hole and punch it what is everyone using for plugs in he prop I have none in now because of brake in an how high for jack plate can I go #

Shouldn't need any plugs in it and raise plate till u loose lift speed or water pressure which ever happens first

I did that but 3 in below pad comes out of the hole good but when I get up on the pad and hit it I spin the prop have to ease out and on the gas seems like its garbing to much air

3 maybe too high. I'm currently at 3.25. Plugs should not be venting after getting on plane.
