Trolling Motor size recommendations for 2005 Kenner 2102

I wanted to get some feedback on the size of the trolling motor for a 2005 Kenner 2102. Currently rigged with 24v but wanted to see if you think 24v/80lb is sufficient for this size boat. Also wanted feedback on shaft length as it appears the options are 54" or 60". Planned use is fresh water primarily for crappie fishing so debating between xi5 and new ipilot.
