    1998 273 info please

Can anyone on here tell me if all of the 273's from '98 were the "Vindicator"? My understanding is that these were a no wood hull. I've looked them up and for 1998 there appears to be a 273DC and a 273VR model. In 1999 there is a 273 VindicatorBS and a 273 VindicatorDC and in 2000 it's just a 17VindicatorBS and a 17VindicatorDC.

I might go look at one this weekend not too far from me that looks a little beat...needs carpet, seats, trolling motor etc. This one is a DC with a 115 carbed Evinrude that supposedly runs great. Kicking around picking it up if I can get it for the right price.

I've got a 2001 javelin it's the same boat. Mine has a 150 great boat fishes bigger than 17-5 boat . Bassmaster had a boat test on this boat with a 115 ran 59 mph they couldn't stop raving about it . The only bad thing I could even say about it is with big cruiser wake sometimes a little water will come over bow.

Solid boat with no wood. Wish mine had a 150 but it's my 1st real bass boat and fits in my garage lol. Carpet is a pain to redo but well worth it. I believe the "vindicator" name was given in 98 and 99 and will say it on the boat.
