Need 2nd Opinion on Tuner HPDI

Looking for a second opinion on the Exhaust Tuner on my HPDI Its a 2005 VZ250TLRD with 350 hours on it. I think it looks ok.

Also just for kicks - I am pretty much done with marinas working on my boat. Had them install a new water pump and impeller for me this December before once the lakes up here started to freeze... hmm i think that's a lot of exhaust on that housing.... and I had water kicking out below the cowling pan. Hmm oh wait there isn't even a gasket installed... come on man...

That damage probably happened because the dummy left the gasket out. Tuner looks ok to me. The sleeve for the water pipe does not.

    Tuner looks fine IMO.

A seal and a clip are missing. Has the lower unit ever been replaced? The new one has to have these part removed from the old lower unit and installed on the new lower unit. Some mechanics miss this.
