2016 Z18, 36v Ultrex and Power-Pole Blade installed, *pic heavy*

I finally finished my install project. Had hurt my back so it took about 4 weekends to get it done.
45" 36v 112# Ultrex I-pilot link on quick release mount, networked to Helix's, and single 8ft Blade. Still need to clean up the install and get shorter network cables.

Looks very nice, what is the performance after adding the third battery, what's the top speed and hole shot.

Haven't run it with the blade yet, but with the 4 batteries and Ultrex, a full tourney load of gear, two fat guys, and full tank of fuel it went 62.4 with a 24p fury4. We were really loaded down. The Hole shot with this load and the Fury4 is amazing.

I had planned to use 31's, but they wouldn't fit where I wanted to put them so I went with the smaller 27's.

    **UPDATE**

I finally got a chance to test out the Ultrex this weekend and ran into a couple of problems:

    1) there is some kind of interference that causes erratic depth readings on both my Helix's when the motor is activated. It makes me think the interference is being picked up by the Ultrex Ethernet network cable I have routed down the steering cable sleeve.

    2) The head got the coiled wire wrapped around it twice almost causing it to be ripped out of the TM.

Can anyone help me correct these issues? Is there something I did wrong in my cable routing?

I think the link cable needs to be threaded through the coiled cable, not tie wrapped to the coil cable. Also the added transducer cable needs a 7" loop in it up by the motor head so it has plenty of slack when the motor head turns. You have done a beautiful job with securing the cables, but maybe too good. Loosen it up a bit.

The steering cable could be source of interference. I routed both the transducer and Ethernet cables down side of mount like your transducer cable is routed and haven't had any interference issues. If possible test the TM range of motion with cables loosely attached and off water before securing them. When you think you have enough slack, add a little more to be safe...LOL Nice looking boat and install.

Thanks guys. I re-routed the Ethernet cable down through the coiled motor wires like was suggested, and then routed it down the mount parallel to the transducer cable I had already run. Also replaced the Helix 9 DI transom transducer I had with the HB trolling motor specific shielded unit. All problems resolved and everything working perfect.

    thanks again for the help.
