I got mine in today. Put them on and the boat fits a lot better. My next issue is my boat always sits a tad to the left side of the roller so I might have to adjust my bunks a hair

I noticed mine was sitting just a tad to the left too. Not even enough to notice unless you're right down staring at it up close. I figure I'm not going to worry about it anymore and just fish. I'll try to get the scratches out and call it good.

I have 2011/721 tried to lift bow and no luck. I looked at the bunk but don't see that they can be adjusted.

    I've got a 2015 618 and can't lift the bow.
Trailers perfect and loads better than most boats at the ramp loll

Bluebird or crank68 can probably chime in with some professional advice but I used a 3 step process
Started with a wool pad with a polishing compound
Then a foam pad with a 3m finishing liquid
    Then protech sealent
Careful with the wool pad if you are using a high speed buffer you don't want to get the gel coat hot.

I spoke with marine master today and had a lengthy discussion, we agreed the ramp pitch is a major factor. He told me they have only send out 6 shim packs to date.

Probably the same guy I spoke with that told me we basically didn't know how to load boats onto trailers even though none of my other boats did this. I just ordered a new roller so I didn't have to even deal with him again because I could tell it wasn't going to end good. New roller seems to be working fine.

Well since it's the season to change out bow rollers, I did mine as well. Ordered the Ult-4 off of the auction site for $40 shipped, seemed pretty fair. Looks good and not an eyesore anymore. Now to get my fading Phoenix stickers on the trailer replaced. Anyone know where to get them?

I guess I will change my bow roller. Crushed out with a gap on both side rollers that might catch the Vee.

When replacing use the existing bolt or the one sent by Stolz with the RP 444 and Rp 435?

what ever works best, just make sure if you use the original that its not bent, and dont over tighten the roller needs to be free
