I got mine from ebasic power in like 2 days. Looks just like the one drew posted. Only problem I have now is my bolt is too short where it comes out. Not enough threads for me to tighten the nut. Gonna have to pick up one that's a little longer tomorrow.

I ordered one from Eastern Marine assembly ULT -4, and I have to say best thing I did to my trailer since I put the gatorbaks on it, that bow roller made a world of difference. The ones that come on the trailer are junk don't even compare to the stoltz.

Now that I read the thread, I have looked at my boat carefully. I don't see any scratches but the existing side pieces are clearly too big such that they are mashed down. Further, the center piece on my boat has ruts in it indicating to me it is not rolling well when I wench the boat up. Drews picture look like what I'd expect.

Drew- did you change the bolt out a well? I think one person thinks it too long and one too short.

one more question- to those using silicone spray on gatorbaks, what brand do you use, how do you apply and how does it work.

I used the same bolt and the lock nut is even with the end of the bolt, I would prefer it be longer, if you look close you will see the metal pieces holding the roller are slightly bent in, this is how it was from the factory, the roller will turn but not spin freely, I would like to spread the pieces a little and get a longer bolt.

I like this better than Silicone, I just launched the boat, took a towel and dried the bunks, sprayed them with heavy coat or Teflon, went fishing and gave it time to dry.

do you have to do it each time you launch? Seems like it would be hard to get bunks dry every launch in the semi-dark.

Thanks Drew! I ordered a can off Amazon. Getting a bird to come in with nose over the roller is tough without a little gas. If this reduces the friction a bit then great.
