    09 BassCat Pantera classic with Etec 2.6l 200hp (non-h.o)

Looking for someone to help me out on setup, have a 23p trophy plus and it has excellent holeshot and carries well to the low 60's. Wanting to buy the new fury 4, which pitch would fit my situation best, 24 or 25?

I have 15 rods, maybe 100 pounds in tackle, carry a spare prop but consider my boat running a moderate light load.

    Thanks for the advice!

Are you turning the 23" prop to 5850 close to 64 mph at WOT? Are you hotting the limiter at WOT?

It hit 61mph at about 5800 RPM. Started chine walking bad and I shut it down. The jackplate looks lower than it needs to be, I plan to raise it slowly while watching top speed and water pressure. Just haven't had a chance to get back out and play with it. I've been told a fury would work well but I like 4 blade props that's why I want to try a fury 4

Until you can hold it down at full throttle and trim, it's going to be a guess as to what you can run. Lot's of seasoned cat drivers in TX will give you a half hour driving lesson, until then it's going to be a frustrating situation.

Your prop to pad needs to be close to 3.5" under to start.
