Looking for advice on a stainless prop for Evinrude Etec 90hp Pontoon Series if anyone knows of a good one.

The non swept SSP range of stainless steel props work best if you must go SST and it is going on a pontoon boat. As for pitch they go down to 13 inch so you will need to see what works the best. The Hydrus range of alloy props are the props BRP have for pontoons and give good reverse thrust too when docking etc-they go from 9-13 inch. You are going to need to try a prop and best to see around 5200RPM at WOT with normal load-this is a fair bit with a pontoon.

If you carry quite a few people on the pontoon boat at times, be sure the prop allows the engine to turn as close as possible to 5500 rpm with only one or two onboard and perhaps a 1/2 tank of fuel. That way the motor will not be lugging or detonating when you take out 12 people, full fuel, and coolers full of ice and libations on a hot muggy summer afternoon.
