I have a 200 hdpi that the trim is very slow up and down. The trim motor sounds weak also. Do I need to replace the motor or is something else wrong? Don't want to replace trim motor and not fix problem.

Check the fluid. Add fluid while raising and lowering motor. Just dont pinch your fingers.
