Fuel filters. How does it run wide open?
Start with simple stuff, filters, plugs, etc. do a complete filter change, on all of them. How's the service been? While your at it do a compression check to make sure the outboard is healthy.

Fuel filter on port side leaks when I pump bulb?
The one in the clear bowl? It has an o ring under the cap. You may have to take the whole assembly off, rinse with alcohol, put it in the freezer when momma isn't looking then unscrew that cap. You might not have to, but some of them are problematic and freezing it lets the cap come off a lot easier.
