    Livewell pump failed

I was fishing a big fish only club tournament. I had a fish in the well and noticed I didn't hear the livewell pump. I checked the fuse and it was blown. So I replaced it 20 mins later it popped again. When I got home I checked the pump. There was a sticko stuck in the impeller. Last year I had a crayfish do the same thing.
I saw an earlier post about putting a screen over the drain hole . Its going to be blowing 25 tomorrow. it looks like a good day to do that.

Also sounds like you need covers for your seat post holes.

Not sure I follow how that would help keep crawfish parts and such out of the livewell pump impeller??

I think they are referring to the seat post covers to keep your Senkos from falling in the bilge.

where can you get those screen's? I have only seen them online and they don't cost but shipping is more than the cost of the screen.
