Crestliner PT20 livewell drain

My dad just bought a crestliner pt20. He said he could not close the livewell drain off so he could fill it. I was looking for the selector handle to close the drain off but can't locate one like in the bigger fiberglass rigs. Does anybody out there have the same problem or can tell me where the drain valve handle is located?

I don't know what year it was or even if it was a add on. But I saw one that it was in the splashwell. I thought it was an odd place. It may just use a plug from inside the livewell.

I bought a plug for my PT20. It doesn't have a valve that I have found.
