Bluewater question......(probably for Calvin)

I installed three of the HO UV light kits in my rub rail. Not too long after install, three leds on two of the strips quit working. They were right at the end of the strip opposite of the wire end. I didn't worry about it too much so left them alone. I now have four of the six strips with lights out on them. Two of the strips are only half working. I also have one red deck strip that the same three lights are inop at the end. I guess its time to send them all back for replcement. If I send the strips back for replacment, do I have to pay the $10.00 for each strip? I have a total of seven strips to be replaced. That would be $70.00 for the warranty replacement!

Oh, almost forget this question.......
I have some white extremes mounted on my deck. The black anodized coating on them has turned to a copper color. Does the warranty cover these?

No, you do not pay the $10 for each item. On the extremes, you must be talking about the gen 1 series..call 800-221-2583 to discuss what can be done for you. Thanks

My extremes changed color as well, BlueWater helped out and I only paid the difference in price between gen1 and gen2...new lights are awesome!
