    Hydrialla Gear Customer Service...This Bad??

    Has anyone every had any luck with there customer service....do they even have any? Left several emails over the past few months and VMs.

    Must have typed the wrong address in....wouldn't be the 1st time.
    Was looking to purchase the bushings for the gen1 PP tilt brackets. Mine are wearing out.

    I think I'm getting somewhere now! Love the product just having issues with my particular setup that may be causing an unforeseen issue.

    My two cents....I called them this morning for a bracket and left a VM. They called back within the hour and one hour later I received a tracking number.......pretty darn good service in my book.

    Rich is the BEST! He helped me out with an "on the water" issue a couple years ago. ON A SATURDAY! When it comes to customer service, Rich, Hydrilla Gear, and Power Pole are two that just about can't be beat! Try calling Minn Kota on a Saturday morning and see how it goes.

    Rich took care of the issue I was having!....Some miscommunication on my part and I think some fat fingered email address I entered resulted a couple failed attempts to get customer service.
