Very rough idle , where to start

    2015 pro xs 250
73 hours , has never been serviced

Out fishing today started motor and it was jumping all around and rough . Once past 1200 rpm or so it went away , came up on pad fine . Started a few more times , it would die sometimes if I put into gear .

I don't know if u should try plugs or take it to a mechanic, any advice?

Just went through this with my 2016 250. Wound up being a ruptured fuel pressure regulator. Failed at 58 hours. No alarms, no warnings, just started it up and it sounded like the old EFI.

They will want a serial number, but are you seeing any fuel in the water behind the boat?

15 should be under warranty. I would let the dealer worry about it.
