I have tried two different MSD cards and when I install the card into my unit it does not prompt me to update like it did when I updated to 3.8. What could be wrong?

I was doing the installation wrong in the steps to insert the card. ROYAL DA!!!!!!!!!

What did you do because mine won't prompt me to update.

I messed up first time I tried. I downloaded the file then sent the file to the card. Then I read the instructions that tell you to double click on the file and let it run the update. This transfers the data to the card.
