    Trailer Valet 5x

    My trailer valet got delivered today. Install was easy. However, the thing ratchets or otherwise clicks loudly when I'm moving my boat back and forth. From videos I've seen, others seem to be quiet. Do I have a defective unit? Also, the fast gear seems to skip a bit and certainly ratchets more.

    I wouldn't expect it to do that. I'd be on the phone in the morning.
