    Question Sunglasses for Golf?

Anybody have recommendation for golf sunglasses? Specifically for watching the ball in flight. They have some cheezy glasses for finding balls in the rough. I am not looking for those. haa haaa. These Tifosi glasses below seem like a good deal. Thanks for looking.

I wear Peakvision golf specific sunglasses and love them. They are crystal clear and have a lens where it's progressive from top to bottom so when you are putting or about to hit a shot your eyes are looking through the less tinted section of the lens.
I think the company is or did go out of business. The glasses I got were the Jack Nicklaus signature model.

I have two pairs of Tifosi and love them, but the golf lenses do not help in any way when playing golf. I was excited about them for exactly the reasons you mentioned, but they don't help me see the ball better under any circumstances.

Hmmm.......Ok thanks for the info. I have some cheap polarized glasses that Ive been wearing and they do not help me see the ball in flight. I have my Costas with the amber lense that I will try and see if those make a difference or not.

I use Oakley Prizm Golf lenses. Polarized is really not the way to go for a lot of people. Might want to test run some to see. The lines that make up polarization on the lenses can mess up vision when looking down.

    In flight-yes
    After it lands-no
To me, they also allow me to see the grain better especially in the transition areas where grain directions meet.

I will add this. I would not go out and buy a set of Oakley's just for golf. I had some old frames and just bought the lenses. Also I will say again POLORIZED lenses are NOT for me on the golf course.

I've noticed with polarized lenses that I sometimes have trouble with depth perception on the green. I'll put for 35' when the hole is 20' away, lol. Could just be me though...

Ive read that about Polarized lenses too. Not really designed for Golf. Polarized lenses are designed to cut thru wet surfaces or water. Thanks!

I only wear Kaenon, not cheap but I do not lose them either. I wear the copper C12 lense and yes, they are polarized. They have zero affect on my ability to see the ball when looking down. My eyes are ultra sensitive to sunlight and polarized is the only solution for me. The C12 also enhances the surrounding light and offers remarkable contrast. I have also worn their G12 lense, which is grey and actually cuts down on the brightness, but does not offer the contrast of the C12.

I wear Kaenon Kore when fishing. Have 2 pair with C12 and G12 lenses. Like you said, not cheap but spend the money and you will treat them like a newborn!!
