New high pressure fuel pump installed. New fuel lines all the way from tank with new primer bulb. New anti siphon valves. Still running rough at idle. I noticed my depth finder said 11.5V yesterday while idling. Is it possible my cranking battery could be causing the problem? It runs fine at all times except idle.

i think the alternator is working properly bc after a run voltage goes up. Probably time to change the battery anyway. What do yall recomend for a 2003 honda bf 225 cranking battery.

Replace the battery, and see how the voltage is at idle, The alternator should have it around 14 volts!
Should be able to find a local shop that can check and rebuild it. Probably the same one on the Honda cars if you need a new one.
