Most people running the 115hp max for the otter lake tournaments? Just wondering since its so close to all the 25hp restricted lakes if those same small motor guys fish the otter tourneys too....

I'd say half the guys that fish use 25's. Weve used a 25 for years and never felt like we were at a disadvantage.

Can you have a bigger motor than a 115 on your boat and not use it?

You could, but you would only be allowed to weigh 3 fish when fishing solo.

I'll try to get a new coangler and get in it. Do you have to buy a lake sticker to do the tournament?

Yes. Lake stickers MUST be purchased before the tournament. The office will not be open that early in the morning. You can call the lake office and purchase a sticker. I will be down there the day before at the camper. I can pick up anyone's sticker for them and have it for them the morning of the tournament.
