    Oysters On The Grill

    Little shell snots went on sale for $.50 each. Cooked 36 this evening. Just a touch of butter, pinch of Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese. (Not the kraft shit) Lemon and tabasco sauce when we eat. I like them raw, but the wife unit wants them cooked. They're really pretty good this way.

    We grill ours with garlic butter. Then add bacon and jalapeño and cover with pepper jack cheese. Jacked up oysters. Yum yum

    Local grocery store puts them up every once in a while. Nuthin' fancy. Guy even threw in a couple extra in case there was a dud or two. They were all good.
