Led lights on deck

I would like to install Oznium bolts on the decks of my 21TRX I looked in there today and it is full of foam how would one install them. Thank you in advance.

My Phoenix was the same way on the front deck. I drilled the hole for the light and I have a 90* bent screwdriver I could put in the hole and twist around to cut up the foam. Plus I just reached thru the rod locker and used a screwdriver to pry out a little of the foam. You could make a little deal for you drill to work like the bent screwdriver.

X2. Did the same thing. It was like trying to thread a needle from 3 feet away, but once I hit that 6mm hole, I was good to go!
