    need extra lighting?

I designed the light puck so you are not looking into the light directly when standing over it. They are machined out of aluminum and available with any color powder coating color and logo. Puck attaches to deck with 3 ss screws with lock nuts. Puck is ½” tall and 5” around. You will have to drill 4 holes, all which are covered by puck. 3 of the holes are for the screws and 1 is for the wire. Light colors are red, white, blue, green and amber which all are blue water led and have a life time warranty. Price is 92 each shipped tyd or 176 shipped tyd for a pair. All hardware is included. What do you guys think?

I think it looks great! But I have one concern. I am away from my boat so I cannot see how heigh the pedestal release button sits above the carpet and wonder if this puck would interfere with removing of a pedestal?

    Good luck with this!

Unfortunately I am no where near my boat (work has me on the road) so I cannot answer that question. Hopefully someone can answer that for us or Friday I will be able to answer it.

If my memory serves me right, it is pretty darn close to the carpet on my boat.

I hope it is a ways off the deck as I wold no mind adding one of these.

Hey Cbailey, have a 2016 521 not out at the boat but on the release, its about as high as a sneaker front, most times I reach down and release by hand. So in short maybe 1 1/2 -2 inches high.

    Great ideal, I like it.

Any chance of colored LED's (ie red). Might be a little easier on the eyes while night fishing. Or perhaps both, white or red. Just a thought. Great idea for lighting.
