    UP Buoy

    Just a grumble. Can you believe the new UP buoy is still being tested and not deployed. Geez, get a move on.

    Download the NOAA smart buoys app. They provide real time data throughout the Chesapeake Bay area. The UP buoy is located up river. They pull and service some of these buoys during the winter and deploy them again in the spring.
