I have mentioned on here several times that things were not going super around here. My son had a huge tumor removed from his leg. he recieved many prayers from you good folks I know and he is now on the mend. Doing better than the surgeons can believe.He starts radiation at the point of removal as insurance against it coming back likely by Thursday. At the same time I found out that my fishing partner had finally figured out what was making him sick. Pancreatic Cancer that had spread. Tried chemo but just nearly killed him the second round. Got home and felt better for a month. I knew it would happen soon but your never really prepared. He passed at 1:15 this morning. We fished during the week as he had retired 3 times that I know of. Me,I retired just once. We had some great fishing trips together even though he was 14 yrs. older than me he acted 14 yrs. younger. Good man gone!
