I left ignition key to the on position for about two hours. I have an 02 250 0x66. I have heard that it could burn out your oil pump. Is this something I need to worry about if so how can I test to see if I have done any damage?

No harm no foul.
The oil pump in the remote tank is powered but there is no ground. So the pump does not run.
