    Blue water warranty.

    Recently outfitted my boat with the pro boat package. 2nd trip out and First bit of rain we got since my install and I noticed one of my compartment lights looked hazy(condensation). Turns out 3 of the 15 LEDS on one strip were not working. Faulty seal of the light. Now I have to send the light back, pay $10 as well as postage for a light that was faulty from the factory. (lifetime warranty)
    Keep this in mind when purchasing a setup for your boat.

    That isn't 100% accurate. Any light that is less than 1 year old will be replaced at zero cost to you. Call 800-221-2583 and we will be glad to get you taken care of.

    Ok, Thank you for clarifying. I sent an email stating what had happened and was told to follow the normal warranty guidelines.

    Blue water is not far one of the easier companies to deal with as far as customer service of product.... Between this place and even there folks that use their product that aren't on here, they've always been super easy to deal with....I had a bad light in a trailer kit, an extreme trailer kit that came I'm the box that way. Talked to Calvin on here he sent me to Lisa and was taken care of that day.... Very simple and easy....
