The front one is a simple install. The console plate you have to do some drilling. Its not too difficult, especially if you have a helper. It covers the hole from the factory flush mounted lowrance if one is coming with your boat. You need to call Randy at Precision to get pricing for them. He has some variations on the mount set up depending on what you want. I now have an HDS 12 at the console. Same mount just adjusted for the 12. 2 friends have bought stuff from him also after seeing my set up.
