Having entire Bottom of hull redone?

Previous owner ran up in a sand bar and the bottom of the hull look like cheap from the sand bar. Anybody ever had it redone? What did it cost? I'm looking to have factory redo it and fix a few other minor crack issues.

Do a search on Gorilla Hull. I don't know from personal experience but I've heard they're very good.

I'm curious to the cost of this repair as well. I'd consider the Gorilla Hull, but I don't feel like driving 1000+ miles one way to get it done. Plus I've heard it slows your boat down.

Some say it slows them down a few mph others say it didn't effect the speed at all. A lot of good place to fish down that way, maybe a fishing vacation is in order???... Dan

Nobody can tell you what it's going to cost except the guy that's doing the work, what kind of boat is it?

For 8000 I could be persuaded to learn how to sling some fiberglass in my garage. Wow, that stuff's expensive!
If it's anything like car work you spend most of your time sanding stuff and prepping.
