Mine quit , tim sent me a new one it worked for a week sounded weak and quit again. I give up. I beleive I have a switch problem or corision. Just test the wires with a meter. You'll know if the fuse is bad or the the switch

Mine went out on my 619. I had my dealer fix it and they said it was an absolute pain to replace the fuse. It's behind the controls panel I believe.

As above, mine quit x 2...wasn't the fuse, it was the horn. Tim sent me 1 replacement, which lasted maybe a month. I stopped replacing it and don't worry about it.

The fuse is behind the switch panel buried in the harness, it is there. I replaced mine once.

As to the horn, I am on my 3rd and have another on the shelf. It comes and goes so I keep an air horn in the console.

I don't use my horn very much at all, but the other day it was as strong as ever 2016 921.
I hope the fuse doesn't go out, I just hooked my Ultrex remote puck up to it.

No problems with mine, but I carry a spare air horn and a whistle on every life jacket just in case.

I found the fuse. It uses a #5 fuse. Its not a inline fuse.

    Thanks guys!
