I'm running a 25 trophy tight now on my h18 150 vmax 10" jack plate can only go 4 inch under pad before I get cavitation when running wot turning 5600 I'm get 58mph if I would try a txp ot4 should I go 24 or 23 pitch?

I run a 23m (3 blade )59 gps loaded consistently, I would try the 24p.
X19 150 Hpdi 6in pro hijacker 4.5 ptp.low 60's light.Not sure about the rpms with my unreliable tach but I never got on the limiter.
