Steering Wheel - 20i

Anyone ever have their steering wheel break and only lock in two positions? I have a 2009 20i and my steering wheel broke and now it will only lock in the two highest positions. Called Skeeter and they want $1,100 for the friggin steering wheel assembly parts. It's not but three parts and they are plastic. Is there a aftermarket parts shop I can buy the parts? $1,100 is highway robbery!
