picking up my PT18 this week. dealer has the prop. 19" Tempest. seems like a small prop for a 150 Pro XL. I was running a 19" 4 blade on my VT19 w/ 115 Opti. he will exchange it if it doesn't work out. Mercury said this is the correct prop. I have my doubts.
I would have expected a 23 or 24. Is the ratio in the 2 stroke different than the 4 stroke?
No that prop won't work. At least a 23p.

I don't see that working at all.
I have seen several running the 23 on the RT198 with the 150 four stroke, which baffles me as we are running a 24 on our RT188 with the 115 four stroke with the bigger lower unit (CT). This was recommended by Ranger.
