2004 vmax 150 fuel pump replacment

Hello guys im helping a buddy out with his 2004 150 hp vmax model # vz150tlrc he let the thing set up for 3 years. i removed the vst tank to clean and the electric fuel pump Is horrible rusted. I got the float and needle operating as it should. We called our Yamaha dealer and they want 800 for the little pump.When removing the pump the nuts onto of the pump one of them twisted and broke the wires.My question is it a cheaper after market pump available for the engine?

Check with Pro Marine USA. You can get one for at least 50% less than what the dealers want.
