Never known anyone to run a 10" plate on that boat. I would think that setback withe the weight of the PP will make your boat sit high at the front while fishing. Going to have to be careful when coming to a stop also. I suspect some serious backwash over the stern.
Start at 3.5" bellow pad and continue to raise 1/4" at a time until you begin to loose top speed and/or water pressure. Best to try to do it the same day because ambient air temp as well as wind can affect readings. Be sure to learn what your rev limitations are before starting.
On a side note, if it's a important to you I think a 10" plate will void your warranty with Stratos.

And remember to report back with results. I'll be shocked if you can turn a 26 fury with 2 poles and a full load.
what size jp did you have on prior? what were your speeds/numbers with all that weight and the fury?

3 or 4 batteries? I have no idea if the 10 will be any better or worse but I think you could have used a different prop prior to it. 26 Fury is a screamer but not the typical prop once you add batteries and/or poles on a 294.
Good luck! post back with your finding, there's a perfect prop out there somewhere for your setup!
