    Kentucky lake dam lodging

    Ill be down for beginning of May to go out of the dam and wondered if anyone had recommendations of cabins or hotels local? Just needing a place to sleep and not get robbed hopefully local to some good food/cold beer. Any tackle shops near there I need to visit as well?

    I stay in the super 8 in calvert city. Nothing special but close to jeta, clean rooms, and pretty decent parking if they don't have too many boats.

    Grand Rivers Inn is a good one. Some of the friendliest people you could talk to and it's right in the heart of Grand Rivers with several eateries within walking distance.

    It's right by the LBL entrance with many ramp choices within 5 to 10 min.
