Like others have said in other posts check your boat scale. Its usually set at 0 and can be changed to +1 or 2 for heavy boats and -1 o 2 for lighter boats. Hope this helps

its not available if the motor isnt the new bluetooth model
That's about as good as it get with the legacy units. You can try to ease into position slowly and hit the spot lock that may help some but the legacy is nowhere near what the Bluetooth version is or the xi5 for that matter
Had a Terrova before Ulterra, anchor on Ulterra not even close to old Terrova
I'd call minnkotta. It should be just as good as the terrova was.
