    PTP

    What is a good setting for the PTP on a 618 Pro? Running a mercury 175 pro xs

    3 1/2" seems to be the norm. I'm at 3 3/8 but my water pressure will drop to 15 or possibly lower in heavy chop. My mercmonitor will be in this week so I can get a more accurate reading. If it is dropping that much, I will lower mine to 3 1/2"

    Mine is at 3 1/2, where it came from the factory. Runs great so I've not messed with it.

    Tim told me 3.25 with the 24 tempest. Mine was delivered at 4.25 and it was scarry. I raised it to 3.50 before I talked to Tim and its pretty close.
