    9mm Carbines...

Hey there gents, I sold one of my AR's and I'm interested in a 9mm or 40SW carbine for home defense. Anyone got any recommendations or experience with them? Sadly enough, I don't have a pile of cash to throw at one...

    Thanks, HatfieldHog

I just bought one a week ago. I LOVE IT ! ! Ammo is cheaper and accurate up to 100 yards with a scope.
Lots out there to choose from. Here is what I bought: https://www.americantactical.us/5355/detail.html
Do a google search on them. Many other MFGs and prices. I got the 31 round mags, too

Define that better if I knew your budget, I can make some recommendations. Otherwise the CZ Scorpoin EVO3 is a very nice one indeed!!! For basically the same price as the ATI as well.

I built one up from parts using the Glock lower as I have a Glock 19 and the mags will interchange.
With the BUIS and the Bushnell TRS25 optic,I have just under $700.00 into it.The thing runs and shoots nice.
I bulit it with the non-reciprocatiing side charging handle upper from Joeboboutfitters.A really nice upper.

R.D. I looked at a CZ Scorpion EVO last week at Academy, man it felt good, and it felt significant, like you could break down a door with it! I was hoping not to spend that much money though. I've been looking at the Kel Tec Sub 2000, but I havent had the privilege to handle one yet, they are scarce....

I have considered Sub2000 as well, but not entirely sold on it. Heck of a following for them on KTOG, but that's the same as going to Glock Talk and looking for negative responses on Glock's

The CZ scorpion evo 3 carbine is just a bad azs gun. I cannot put mine down when I have it out. If fact uncle was shooting with me with no desire for a 9mm carbine at all but after 5 shots of mine the following week he was out getting himself a scorpion evo 3 carbine.

I have a 9mm hi point and it has been flawless !! accurate too ! I know the hi point bashing will start pretty quick but their carbines are very good weapons ---I bought some of the 20 round mags too and they work great too. I have never had an issue of any kind with the carbine

Hey guys, I got me a Kel-Tec Sub 2000.... It was cheap, @ $400. I've mounted me a Vortex Strike Fire 2 on it.

I've put about 200 rounds through it and I have to say, this is the most fun to shoot of any gun that I own....! It's a blast. Light, little recoil, my wife loves to shoot it. The blowback design cycles every time. As of now, I am completely impressed with this purchase. Plus, I can hit pretty well out to 100 yards.

For a home defense weapon, this thing is excellent.
