Hahaha. You mean a young kid in college or around that age should get a job...... Sorry but good luck with that one....You might have luck if you advertise that they get 2-15 minute cell phone breaks and 1-30 minute cell phone break in the middle of the day. Oh and they can be consistently late for any dumb excuse and have days off when ever they please and finally that you have a Kureg on site with free Starbucks Coffee just for them!!!!!
In all seriousness though I hope you can find someone. We haven't had a college kid apply now in 4 years where as 10 years ago we had our pick. Now all we get is 55+ year old guys ( no offense to you older gents) applying because their last job DOWNSIZED!!!
I hear ya! I would take anybody that is reliable at this stage. Older guys are fine as long as they are in decent shape.Pulling covers and carrying pumps is probably the hardest part. I prefer guys with families etc, they know how to work. So if anybody knows someone between jobs or whatever get them in touch with me.

Thanks Ev, I'm sure there's a few good ones around just got to find them. I have one kid I know will do well, but he doesn't graduate until mid- June, and starts college late August.
