    Anyone use Bonehead Rods?

Considering buying a couple ultra lite rods. Anyone use them?

Quite a few on the Texas Fishing Forum use them. I use G rods medium light spinning rods.

I have one of their 8 ft rods and really like it - very light weight and plenty of backbone to pull them slabs out of brush. I broke the tip in my rod locker and couldn't get a replacement top section. I used a top section from a Pro Angler and it works great. Got another top section from Pro Angler for about $20.

Both rods react very similar. The only difference I can tell is the Bonehead has upgraded guides and split grips.

Side note - I have the first generation rod with the black blank.
