Another prop question

Trying to help my buddy set up his new 919 with 225 Pro XS. Jack plate ptp is 2 3/4 same as my 920. My boat runs 76 + 26 fury. At 6000 rpm s. His boat came with Fury 26. Best it will run is 72 at 5700 rpm s.I think he needs a 25 fury. I think his boat should run with or better than my boat Any suggestions. Thanks

My boat came from the factory at about 3.5 inches with a 25 fury. It would run 75 maybe better. I raised the motor to about 2.75 and it had good holdshot. Drove easy but I don't think it was quite as fast higher. Ran 72 or 73 with 2 guys. I'm still playing with it but I expect 75 everyday with 2 guys.
