    I second hydro XOB.

With a 250 on an xb21 solo I have been past 90 (not on the limited) So a 300 ought to do it in your Bullet.

I am going to bring my 31 for you to run at istokpoga...The hydro will be faster, but the bravo might be a better fishing prop...I cant turn the 31 on my heavy boat....its really a 30 with a heavy cup, so it should be perfect...

If u have the 1.75 keep the 28 in good shape cause it will not be enough, but plug three holes and it will make a good fishing prop for loaded hole shot and handling .

Its going to be real hard to run 90 with a XRS loaded. Try one of the "Wally cut" Razors that's going around town. They are all 27s and seem to be the fastest on everyones Bullet. I've got a brand new 29 PM you can try if you'd like.

Obviously with the 1.75 you'd need a 28 Razor but you'd get the feel trying one of the 27s.
