Comfortroll is the footwell I used. What trolling motor? You stand up all the time? Fish with a seat or leaner? After you cut the floor make sure you seal the deck edges back up with resin.

Just put a comfortroll deluxe in my 06. It has a cross brace that I cut through. Bullet said go 12 inches from the seat post to miss the cross brace or bolster the cross brace if you cut it. But I think each seat post is different. I did not support it and the deck seems very sturdy to me. I think the pan supports it as well. I would have had to cut the brace no matter what based on my desired location and the front drain well. I like mine as far forward as possible. I centered it off the front and back seat post and its a little off. I have installed the original and now the deluxe trays. The deluxe is a little trickier to line everything up because its two pcs but not hard. Like JIT said apply resin to the wood. Measure till you cant stand it and start cutting.

I did one on my 21xdc. Made a template out of cardboard then taped it down really good to my deck. Took a box knife and cut the carpet then took a 1/2" drill bit and drilled the 4 corners then took a jigsaw and cut down my line and wham it was done and fit super tight
