These are custom steps but unfortunately the guy that made them is no longer in the business. I am posting it to show the design so you can work with someone locally to build a set specific to your boat. As you can see, the lower step bolts to the same plate as the jack and the top step bolts to the winch stand. I made the grab bar from lengths of 3/4 pipe. This is the only way I know to stay in your $200 budget. Quick Step makes a nice set but they are $450 +
