    Yamaha 25T2

Can someone tell me what the difference is between the T1 and the T2. This is a VMAX SHO ventless prop, 15 1/8, it is stamped T2 instead of T1. Thanks!

Somebody was asking about the T2 a few weeks ago and nobody here had ever heard of or seen a T2.

It only makes sense it has thicker or more reliable blades. The T1s were slinging them

In another forum, someone said they were 2nd generation so thanks for the replies. Unfortunately customer service at Yamaha couldn't tell me the difference.

They changed the hub spokes to keep them from breaking according to Mark.

The only difference is they made the spokes and the hub bore thicker they did not change the blades at all.

I went and checked mine it today and compared to the original series t-1 and the SHO series T1s.. the original as you all know has the exhaust ports as well as the soles being slanted to match to blade.... The sho series t-1 spokes like Mark mentioned as visibly thinner without the aid of a tool to measure the thickness.... Hopefully this will cure that problem... We shall see...
