I have a new Chirp 93SV at the bow. I get constant interference when using the trolling motor, starts with a spike then turns to fuzziness but still allows a picture to be seen. This is my first bow unit so I'm not sure where to start to fix the problem.

My wife asks if I'm going to fish every day. I can't fish every day. Some days I might be sick.
My conclusion from year ago was that a ground wire needs to be grounded from the unit to the skeg of the trolling motor. As in drill a hole and screw the ground wire to the skeg.
